I've recently been turned on to track days and now seem to focus on suspension setup above all else. I've got a 2004 cbr1000rr with Ohlins R&T front, Kyle revalved Ohlins rear , HRC rear linkage, and Blackstone wheels. After getting the revalved rear Ohlins back, the bike seems to want to tuck in too easily. Since I've got rear sag set ok and I can't lower the rear any more, I'm guessing that I need to raise the front end slightly by sliding the forks down through the triple tree. Any thoughts?
You've changed a lot of stuff. What tyres are you using? It sounds like you either need to back off the front rebound or lift the front. I know which I'd do first
