Hi All,

I just picked up myself a 2000 VFR800, and I haven't had much time to play with it....in Any case I'm here to learn more about suspension (especially as this bike has some adjustment, whereas my previous bike (a CB250) had very little

I'm from Sydney, Australia and am looking forward to meeting up one of these days

Always loved V4's myself...
