Hello all

Hey all, jumped on here on recommendation of zenodamper. I've got a basic idea of physics and how a bike works, and keen to learn and expand a lot more...

I'm building a streetfighter at the moment, and should be completed in a couple of weeks. It's a '91 GSXR-750 w/1127 donk (7/11), mild engine work (cams, valve seats, cams dialled, carb kit, K&N, Arka full zorst), some suspension work (revalve and racetech springs by Terry Hay, but really should have done it myself!), 6-pots, renthal bars, rear-sets etc etc...

Got a trackday booked at Eastern Creek for the 29/1 so looking forward to see how she tackles a corner, and what can be done to make it better!

Hmm can't upload on this forum? Had 2 create a photobucket account just for the occasion!

Anyway this is a crap pic, it's just after I got the engine in, hence all the black tape on the (polished) frame... I just wanted 2 see if the exhaust would fit up, considering it's a full akra 4-2-1 for a bandit, it kinda works! Bodywork is just mocked up in the pic... excuses excuses! Can't go down the shed and take another shot coz I'm doing the wiring at the moment and it's even messier!

Hey, if that's a mess then my garage is a disaster area
BTW, I see you've had the fridge race-teched. Does the door close more smoothly now?

Good luck with the bike: the world needs more individual motorcycles. Not sure I'd want to run into T1 with those bars though...

Yup fridge closes quite well now!

Turn 1 should be ok, it's not really geared for top end, still trying to work out what it'll max out at... 1100 engine, 750 6-speed box, 7 teeth up on the rear...??? I've decided to take it fairly easy, if I go under 1:50 by the end of the day I'll be stoked!!! The bike is capable, just dunno about me...!
