Don't mind me I'm just a nosey novice.I've been running my k2750 on K-Tech 20mm and ohlins prx for the last 5 years and been through a few spring changes and stuff in the persuit of "having it all" and at best I've learned" what you think is wrong usually isn't" and "don't think shock, forks, ride height etc"think whole".The experience has benefitted me "I think" even more than the improvements in that not only do I expect more but I am prepared to push through some problems as I know from previous settups the limit is further away than the impression thats been given by the current problem where before I might have slowed down till the misbehaving disappeared.e.g a recent switch from diablo corsas to 002s had me muscling the bike everywhere and not so much running wide as wanting to stand back up when on the gas (made my arms ache) I didn't want to make too many changes but had to concede to couple of mm of ride height even though it works best when flat and a couple of clicks of the fork comp and a little extra rebound. The tyres characteristic could still be felt but the bike was going quicker and less work but it was still tearing the front so I had enough of an idea to help it with a quick fix which may or may not have been the right way but I had a think had a go and got roughly what I expected.Result, anyway I'm on racetecs now and I'm only riding on the road so I can learn at my own pace live with small compromises. My point is you guys have a knowledge and understanding of this subject I'll never possess (it makes for some brilliant reading) but I accept that am happy that it's my responsibility to set my own bike up and if I happen to get it right it doesn't make me an expert.
