Hi there everyone!

My name is Vlaho, i am 21, driving my CBR 600 F4 for 3 years as my first bike ever. I am from small village near Dubrovnik, Croatia.
I have ordered new fork seals for my bike, and i will dissasemble them in a few days to refresh them. I like do-it-yourself stuff so i came here looking for information how to make F4 forks better.

Once i tear everything apart and get no idea how to put all that back together, i will ask for your help :)

Welcome. This should help some.  http://www.peterverdonedesigns.com/05fork.htm Mr. Verdone is also a member of this forum. On the left column there is a forks link for the 2005 600RR which may be similar to yours.

Snoopy, nice to hear that ;) You know about F4/F4i fork internals and how to modify them?

Beathiswon, i already read all that site several times, it is really resourcefull and interesting. I mailed PVD once but he never replyed :((((
